Explore the Mind Body Connection for Healing
Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts and improved sense of well-being. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga. Yoga can help lower our fight, flight or freeze response by activating our parasympathetic nervous system and lowering negative emotions like depression, anxiety and anger. Insight Life Counseling recognizes the importance of whole body and mind wellness.
We will be offering our introductory classes in July 2023. Classes will be scheduled July 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 and 31st. Class is approximately 75mins and starts at 6PM. All seven classes $84 or $22 per class. Please call 832-846-6206 to reserve your spot, space is limited for this specialty yoga experience.
