Rates and Insurance



Our rate for sessions is $150.  If you are not using your insurance, we offer a self pay discount.  Additional discounts are also available for Military (active & retired) as well as seniors (over 65 years old).

Our current rate for minors (under 18 years old) is $100.

Please contact our office to learn about our self pay discount and session bundling options to make therapy more affordable.  Our goal is to work with you to ensure you can obtain the resources and support you need at the lowest possible cost.


As of March 2022, we accept the following insurance: Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum (Oxford and Oscar), Cigna and BC/BS of Texas.  We do not accept any EAPs. at this time.

If you would like to verify your insurance prior to scheduling your appointment  please click on one of the following links below.  Choose the “Get Exact Price” button to understand what your insurance plan pays and what your financial obligation will be using your health insurance to see one of our Licensed Professional Counselors.  Otherwise, we will help you obtain all this information when you schedule with us, so you are aware of your costs.  We will work with you to make this process seamless and easy to understand..

For all other insurance companies, we are considered an Out-of-Network Provider, therefore we will provide all documentation needed for you to receive insurance reimbursement. Please ask our office if you have any questions.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?


We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
