Cris Payne Treadway, from Houston, Texas is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an accomplished healthcare operational leader who has successfully run multiple large hospital departments, as well as small medical clinic operations.  I started Insight Life Counseling in 2019 with my business partner Gail, because of our passion for helping and healing others.

I believe that everyone is capable of positive change and that the capacity of the human spirit is boundless. I embrace all clients with this passion and belief that they can heal and grow beyond their current experience and pain. The decision to enter into counseling is significant; I respect and embrace how difficult this choice can be and I will support and facilitate your positive change in a manner that works best for you. I am skilled and experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, addictions, infertility, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is largely based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on the Mind / Body Connection.
