Position Summary
We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated licensed therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, maintain a manageable caseload, and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
This position is ideal for clinicians who value independence but also want the support of a connected, mission‑driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality therapy using evidence‑based modalities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Offer telehealth and/or in‑person sessions based on your preference
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Texas licensure requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to culturally responsive care
- New clinicians and provisionally licensed therapists are welcome to apply
